Ssangyong held ‘Europe Service Conference 2015’ in Madrid, Spain for two days from October 20 to strengthen its global service capability and network as well as secure its competitiveness in the overseas markets.
Ssangyong’s service and quality managers from thirteen European countries attended the conference. They reviewed and shared current service/quality-related issues, and discussed how to improve service/quality for customers and to support expanding sales.
Ssangyong Motor has held regional service conferences since 2011, and plans to hold Global Service Conference next year following 2013
