Ssangyong Motor Company (President & CEO Yoo-il Lee; www.smotor.com) , part of the US$12.5 billion Mahindra Group, announced on June 27th that the company’s new Korando had received excellent reviews from ‘Quattroruote,’ a renowned automotive magazine in Europe, on each test including engine performance.

The test was conducted on several different areas ranging from performance to interior/exterior design, and Korando received excellent results on engine performance, stability and interior space.

The safety level is augmented by 6 airbags and ESP (Electronic Stability Program), standard on all models, and the interior space received 5 stars, the highest level of the test, with roomy space large enough to accommodate 5 adults for a comfortable drive as well as easy access to and exit from the vehicle. The result has certainly placed Korando in the excellent family car category.
