The labor union at Ssangyong Motor Co., South Korea's fourth-largest automaker, on Thursday approved a tentative agreement on wage hikes.

A total of 56.4 percent of those voting cast ballots in favor of the agreement, which was reached between the management and the union during overnight talks from Tuesday.
